Asylum & Persecution Survivors
Court-ready evaluations documenting trauma, fear of return, and the psychological impact of persecution — in EN · PT · ES.
About Us
American Immigration Evaluations is a Boca Raton–based practice preparing court-ready psychological evaluations for immigration attorneys and their clients nationwide. Our evaluations are completed by a Florida-licensed clinical social worker with more than fourteen years of experience preparing reports for asylum, hardship, VAWA, U-Visa, and other immigration matters.
Our work blends rigorous, evidence-based clinical assessment with deep cultural understanding. Every evaluation is confidential, trauma-informed, and written to the standards USCIS officers and immigration judges expect.
Court-ready psychological evaluations for U.S. immigration cases — prepared with clinical rigor and human care, and delivered within 7–14 days of interview.
