This is not an emergency service

This website and its forms are not monitored around the clock and are not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger or thinking about suicide, do not wait for a reply. Call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), or call 911. Help is available 24/7 in English, Spanish, and other languages.

This Privacy Policy explains how American Immigration Evaluations ("we," "us," "our") handles information collected through our website. It covers the website only. Anything you share with us during actual therapy or an immigration psychological evaluation is protected separately under federal and state health privacy law and is described in the clinical privacy notice we provide when you become a client.

This is a website form, not a secure clinical intake

Our contact form is a simple way to reach out and ask us to get back to you. It is not a secure place to share private health or legal details. Please do not send through this website:

  • Detailed descriptions of your symptoms, diagnosis, or trauma history
  • Immigration case details, A-numbers, or legal documents
  • Anything urgent or about a crisis or your safety

Share only enough for us to contact you: your name, your phone or email, your preferred language, and a short note about what you are looking for. We will gather the rest securely once we connect with you.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our form, we collect your name, email, phone number, and your message.

Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. We use this only to keep the site working and secure.

Translation and maps. Our site offers Google Translate for English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and embeds a Google Map on our contact page. Using these features may share limited technical data with Google under its own privacy policy.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, Social Security numbers, immigration case numbers, payment card numbers, or detailed health information through the website.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and contact you about services
  • To schedule a consultation or appointment
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website
  • To meet our legal and professional obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers we rely on

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the website and respond to you:

  • Supabase stores your form submission in our database so we can follow up.
  • Resend (through our website platform) delivers the email notification of your inquiry to our team.
  • Google provides on-page translation and the embedded map.

These providers act on our behalf and are expected to protect your information and use it only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep your information

We keep website inquiry data only as long as needed to respond to you and for our reasonable business and legal records, then we delete or de-identify it. If you become a client, your clinical records are kept separately under the retention rules that apply to health records in Florida.

Your privacy rights

You can ask us to tell you what website information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you.

To make a request, email info@americanimmigrationevaluations.com or call (754) 225-9819. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law allows.

California residents. You have the right to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

International visitors. If you contact us from outside the United States, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal information. Our services are provided in and licensed for Florida, and your data is processed in the United States.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If a minor is the client, a parent or guardian should make contact on their behalf.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information collected through the website, in line with the Florida Information Protection Act. The site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No website can be guaranteed perfectly secure, which is one more reason not to send sensitive health or legal details through the form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
